Chris Jones

Senior Partner
Chris is an ex-corporate banker who has been helping small, medium and large businesses raise finance for more than 30 years. A veteran of NatWest, RBS, and Barclays Corporate Finance, Chris set up in private practice in 2008, and has successfully operated Select Business Finance, ever since. Chris specialises in acquisition finance and connecting clients with the right financial solutions.

Mike Elphick

Senior Partner
Mike spent 40 years with NatWest, spending his time formulating and helping to execute on his clients' business strategies, including working on investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mike retiring from corporate banking in 2016 and since then has been providing financial advice, and tax assistance to a variety of small to medium sized businesses across the Midlands.

Doug is a time-served metallurgist, Oxford graduate, and learnt his trade in the aerospace industry with Goodrich, United Technologies and Moog, before founding a management consultancy in 2014. He is a seasoned leader and veteran of many business acquisitions, and has an enviable manufacturing network. Doug is CEO of Brigham Group Ltd, a thriving manufacturing group based in the Midlands.
